Terms of Service

The basic terms for accounts, content, AI editing, and use of Viral Cut.

1. The service

Viral Cut helps users analyze authorized source videos, identify short-form candidates, edit them, and render exports. Features may change or pause for quality, security, or legal compliance.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and activity. You may not use another person's account or bypass access controls.

3. Content rights

  • Upload only content you own or are authorized to edit, reproduce, and distribute.
  • A YouTube URL is used for discovery and metadata reference. Entering a URL does not grant rights to the video.
  • Do not process unlawful content or content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Review your final export and rights before publishing it.

4. AI output

AI recommendations, transcripts, titles, and explanations may be incomplete or inaccurate. Viral Cut does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or performance. You must review and edit outputs before use.

5. Prohibited use

  • Circumventing authentication or usage limits.
  • Malware, abusive automation, or activity that disrupts the service.
  • Any use that violates law or another person's rights.

6. Paid features

Production checkout is currently disabled. Future paid features will follow the plan terms and payment policy shown before purchase; final prices and allowances will be announced before activation.

7. Availability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, the service does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or indirect losses arising from provider outages, data loss, or AI output. Material changes will be announced before taking effect.

8. Contact

Business information and the official support channel will be published once finalized.
