Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
The current checkout status and principles that will apply before paid plans launch.
1. Current status
Starter and Creator checkout is disabled in Production. Preview test payments are for development validation and are not final product pricing or subscription terms.
2. Before paid launch
Before enabling real payments, we will publish final prices, allowances, billing periods, cancellation and refund terms, and rights required by applicable law. This draft does not invent a refund window or percentage.
3. Verification
When checkout is enabled, a browser success screen alone will not activate a plan. Server verification and PortOne webhook processing determine payment and plan status.
4. Support
The official billing support channel and business information will be published before paid checkout is enabled.
